Okay but when you think about it, it’s so EXTREMELY UNLIKELY that the Doctor could regenerate ELEVEN TIMES and turn into another white cis dude every time. I assume the Doctor always has to be humanoid, but there is a LOT of variation in humanity. Roll the dice eleven times and get white guy with each roll? It boggles the mind.
Unless there’s something about the Doctor Who mythos I don’t know (which is entirely possible) that stipulates that the Doctor can change features, height, age, hair, personality, style and taste in food, but not race, sex or gender.
